Come and spend some time as we visit the very best of both areas including some shopping at the "Harrods of the North" and a visit to Pitlochry and its famous salmon fish ladder and Blair Athol Whisky Distillery. Take a walk around the grounds of Balmoral castle and visit Crathie Church where the royals worship. We'll also visit one of Scotland's premier Hotels The Fife Arms.

Tour Itinerary
Below is an example itinerary of the locations we will visit on a full day version of this tour.
Alistair will meet & welcome you oboard our luxury Mercedes vehicle and after settling in, we’ll head off for our first destination on the Isle of Skye.
Our first stop today will be for Coffee & Shopping at “The Harrods of the North” The House of Bruar. This elegant shopping venue is filled with the very best country style & living items and foods.
when you’ve finished shopping, we will head straight for the Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry through the Perthshire Glens.
We will call at Pitlochry Dam and Visitor Centre where you can learn how the dam harnesses power from water. You can also find out how wild salmon are able to navigate past the dam to their spawning grounds up-river.
Pitlochry is home to Blair Athol Distillery and we will stop here for a whisky tour and tasting.
Dunkeld is the jewel on the River Tay and we will stop for a wander along the river and Cathedral grounds a look around the shops.
We leave Dunkeld and head toward Royal Deeside, stopping at Braemar for an optional visit to The Fife Arms for lunch.
During the summer months it is possible to enjoy a tour of some of Balmoral Castle and the grounds. You can also visit Crathie Kirk where the Royal Family worship when they’re in situ.
Well worth a visit, it’s facinating to learn about the Royal Family and their connections to this special place.
We will set off from Loch Ness back to your drop off location. Following a full and satisfying day, we won’t tell anyone if you have a snooze.
