No, our tours include transportation, fuel and guiding services but you are responsible for booking and paying for your own attraction entry.

Alistair will make recommendations on suitable places to dine along your tour route and we can call ahead to make reservations for your party.  For some of the more notable Restaurants, you woud be best to book in advance as there are often waiting lists.

The cost of lunch and coffee stops is not included in the tour cost and must be paid by your party directly to the dining establishment.

Yes we have both booster seats and baby seats available for use.  Please just let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to use them.

Our tours have been priced based on our experience of travelling these tested routes.  Should something unforeseen happen which results in our travel time being longer than anticipated, we will agree a course of action with your party at the time.

Yes we require a deposit of £100 to secure your booking.  This is fully refundable if you need to cancel your tour, provided that you give us a minimum of 28 days notice of cancellation in writing.

If you need to cancel your tour, your deposit will be returned to you provided that you give us a minimum of 28 days notice of cancellation in writing. 

Cancellations between 28 and 7 days prior to your tour will forfeit the deposit paid.

Cancellations with less than 7 days notice prior to your tour will be charged in full.
