The Speyside region has the highest concentration of whisky distilleries in Scotland. Speyside is world renowned for its malt whisky and its Malt Whisky Trail, a long established tourist attraction made up of nine locations. The distilleries in the Speyside region date back hundreds of years and with this history, you will be entering a world of the very best of Scottish malt whisky culture and experience. It would be impossible to visit and tour all nine whisky trail locations in one day but we are happy to work with you to include your choice of up to four distillery tours. Let the adventure begin.

Tour Itinerary
Below is an example itinerary of the locations we will visit on a full day version of this tour. The distilleries detailed below are the most popular customer choices but you can swap any for other whisky trail destinantions including: Dallas Dhu, Glen Grant, Glen Moray, Speyside Cooperage & StrathIsla Distillery.
Alistair will meet & welcome you oboard our luxury Mercedes vehicle and after settling in, we’ll head off for our first destination.
We will make our way to Speyside across country and past two of the Highlands’ top distilleries; Ben Nevis and Dalwhinnie (optional visits to these locations can be arranged).
We make our way to our first location and distillery.
The Glenlivet is one of Scotland’s iconic whisky brands and the distillery is located in a wild and remore Speyside glen.
The distillery offers a choice of immersive tours which will get your whisky tour day off to an excellent start.
Glenfiddich is the world’s most-awarded single malt and no visit to Speyside is complete without a visit to this iconic distilley.
Cardhu is an excellent starting point for anyone starting on their whisky journey and the new additions to the family the Cardhu 15 and 18yr offer flavours for those for that are looking for something a little more complex.
Cardhu is also home to the world-famous Johnnie Walker blend, and visitors to the distillery can experience both the history of the single malt, and the story of the renowned blend.
At Benromach their Single Malt Scotch Whisky is handcrafted and made slowly, the time-honoured way. Using the finest natural ingredients, three distillers orchestrate every second of the distillation process by sight, sound, touch and smell.
We will set off from Speyside back to your drop off location. Following a full and satisfying day, we won’t tell anyone if you have a snooze.
